BNI has a formal structure embodied in a leadership team. The Leadership team changes every six months in April and October.

The structure is designed to allows us to set goals and manage our performance against those goals. Our structure is as follows:

Director: Sally Ragbourne
Membership Secretary: Phil Parsons
Secretary Treasurer: Elaine Blatcher

Additionally we have a membership team responsible for considering all membership applications and ruling where necessary.

We each contribute to an ‘education in networking skills’ slot every week to make sure we each benefit from skills, tips and tricks that other members have picked up.

Emma McIvor fulfills the role of Visitor host. Emma’s job is to make sure that our visitors are properly looked after and given every opportunity to meet ‘good-fit’ businesses amongst our membership.
